My Illustration style uses a combination of Traditional media. I Illustrate stylistic and semi-realistic portraits, whimsical-esque characters and fantasy scenescapes! My joy is bringing to life your ideas or capturing you or a loved one in a bold, colourful and uplifting style!Below I’ve put together all the details you’ll need to place an order with me.

IMPORTANT: These Commissions are for Personal Use Only. If you wish to commission me for Book Cover Illustrations or for other Commercial uses, please note this will involve further discussion and additional terms and pricing.
Additional Illustration Info
◍ ALL Figure options without add-ons are for character/s or people on Solid colour backgrounds. For Full Illustrations with a figure, background and story/concept, Please Choose the Full Page Illustration Option or Include Add ons.◍Illustrations come with a solid or gradient background colour of your choice free of extra charge.◍ Additional figures Cost +50% of Option price per head◍ For character Illustrations with a fully - detailed background, please choose the Full page Illustration option.◍The prices listed above do not reflect the cost of the illustration examples◍The prices listed above are base prices and are subject to change based on complexity

WHaT YOU'LL RecIEVE
◍ An 8 x10 in 300dpi jpeg image of the completed illustration sent to you via email.◍ An image sequence process video showing different stages of the illustration.◍ A draft sketch for you to revise and 1 additional revision during the line-art process.◍ Regular correspondence on the progress of your illustration.
Price and Payment Info
◍ I can only accept payment via direct deposit at this time.◍ Payment is 100% upfront on all orders under $200◍ Please note that all my prices are listed in USD ($).◍ Revisions to the Illustration, after the 1 free revision, costs an additional $20 each. I will not make any further revisions once the illustration is completed .◍ I will not accept any payment before I have confirmed a space on my customer list, we have come to an agreement on the price and commission and I have requested you to send me the payment.
HOW TO ORDER
Each commission is added to one of my limited slots and you will be notified of your number on the order list.If you order an additional commission it will be treated as another filled slot on my order list.
1. After Reading the Terms of Service, Complete the Order Form in the link Below:
2. You will be added to my order list and will receive an order number.
3. I will email or DM you for confirmation of your order form and send you a quotation. Once you are still happy with the order and prices I will then email you my details for a direct deposit. The bank I use is a local one: Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (BOSVG).
Please Note: (If you fail to or are unable to pay within 72 hours ( 3 business days) I will consider your order cancelled and you will be placed upon a waiting list in the event that you wish to place the same order again at a later date.)
4. once I have confirmed that you have paid for your order I will email you an electronic payment receipt. I will then begin working on your illustration.
Please note: If your order is a rush order, an additional $20 will be added to the cost and you will be given priority to ensure that your illustration is completed within the deadline.
It will take me between 2 to 3 weeks to complete orders depending on the number of orders on my waiting list. I will notify you if your order is ready early or delayed.
Terms of Service
By ordering a commission from me you agree to the Terms of Service stated below.
General
1. All drawings may or will include my signature that you may not remove.
2. Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the illustration3. I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing.4. I will draw humans/humanoid figures, drawings from your reference photos, original characters, fan-art.5. For drawings from camera shots/personal photographs: Please ensure that you have right/ necessary permission to upload these photos.6. I will Not Draw: Art promoting violence, hate or discrimination, nsfw, morally questionable content, furries, mechas or other artist's work or styles.7.Under no circumstances may the client submit the commission to any kind of contest or turn it into an NFT.8. Under no circumstances are you allowed to share my account details with anyone.9. The Client MUST NOT use the Artist's work in/for AI programs or in the generation of AI related works.
Copyright and usage
As the artist I am allowed to:
I. Promote myself with the commission on various platforms (these will usually be watermarked and of a lower quality).
II. Post the artwork under my name as the artist/creatorAs the client, you are allowed to:
I. Use the commissioned piece for personal use within your personal space unless agreed otherwise.
II. Use the artwork to promote yourself.
III. Display the artwork on your social media channel and in monetized videos providing that the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings and I (the artist) am properly credited.The following is considered as copyright:◍ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way without prior notice or agreeing to the Commercial Purposes terms and purchasing for commercial use.◍ Claiming the artwork as your own
◍ Removing my signature from the artwork
◍ Altering the artwork without my consent
Refund Policy/ Cancellation Policy
1. The client is not allowed a refund once I've started working on the commission.
2. If for any reason I am unable to start or complete your commission you will receive a full refund.
3. If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
